Welcome to Cà Dell’ Arte
Cà Dell’ Arte is a new tourist boutique, located in the heart of Venice, San Samuele in note Calle delle Carrozze which also leads to Palazzo Grassi and his newly restored Theatre, a short walk from the Accademia Bridge and from the eponymous gallery and Ca ‘ Rezzonico Museum of the Venetian ’700, and just four steps from Piazza San Marco, the Fenice Theatre and the Rialto bridge .
We called Cà Dell’Arte as the area of San Samuele, where it is located, has always hosted great artists over the past five centuries have been the size of the Serenissima.
Here there lived the family of Lombard, great sculptors and architects of the early Renaissance Venetian , as indeed the sculptor Bartolomeo Bon , here I lived and worked Paolo Caliari, called Veronese , here was one of the laboratories of Titian who was born here and one of the most eccentric of the 1700 : Giacomo Casanova , adventurer and seducer not only, as is usually labeled , but also cultured and refined man , writer, poet, diplomat alchemist, philosopher, and even a secret agent… and here, of course thanks to the presence of the PalazzoGrassi , there is the “modernity” manifested from exhibitions on new trends in contemporary art.
So we have dedicated rooms at a moment Venetian art to an artist who has left a mark in Venice, and we realized not only simply by mentioning the name but also recreating the different atmospheres with decorations, furniture, fabrics , the light of the period mentioned.
Cò Dell’ Arte , being a brand new facility, not only communicates elegance and sophistication through its artistic references , but can offer its guests a high quality service :
a receptionist to welcome, help, advise and suggest the best stay possible, a full breakfast served in room or on request in the room, and every room and every common area with ” free Wi-Fi .”
And finally useful to recall that the arrival of Cà Dell’ Arte is extremely simple as there are two landings of public transport , within walking distance of San Samuele and Sant’Angelo a hundred yards , and that taxis can dock on the shore of San Samuele area which overlooks the Grand Canal.
Everything you find in Cà Dell’Arte has been produced in Venice, chandeliers from Murano to hand carved wooden furniture, the ancient tapestries on the armchairs of 1788. All food come from confectionery masters and bakers of city center. Fruits and vegetables are flown in daily from the island of St. Erasmus, thanks to its unique ecosystem in the world it produces food with a taste that you will only find here.
A stay in Ca Dell’Arte is an emotion that will last forever.
